David’s specialism is in commercial litigation . He has successfully advised clients in a number of industry sectors from Farming to Tourism and Construction to Retail. His measured and persuasive style help to achieve commercially sound results for his clients.

David’s client base consists of Medium Size Enterprises within the North west of England and a range of private clients. He has a following of clients in the Merseyside and Wirral area where he practiced prior to joining Howarth & Nuttall in 2011.

Most memorable case…

“This has to be where I acted for an international travel company over tickets to see Liverpool v Real Madrid and Liverpool v Manchester United in 2008. The tickets were not provided in time and my instruction was to seek damages for breach of contract. After many twists and turns I got the result my client wanted but it was hard fought!”

A graduate of the University of Liverpool in English Language and Literature David went on to attain his professional qualification with Chester College of Law before being admitted as a solicitor.
