David is the senior managing partner of Haworth & Nuttall, and his expertise is in employment law, acting for employers and employees, family law, including divorce and ancillary relief, and personal injury work, for claimants and defendants.
David acts for a broad range of private clients, both privately funded and legally aided, and for a number of local businesses.
David is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is on the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.

David attended Warwick University before completing his Articles with John Taylor and Co. of Manchester and Blackburn. David joined Haworth & Nuttall upon qualification in 1980 and became a partner in 1982.
David enjoys playing golf, walking in the Lakes and spending time with his wife and two children.
