Expertise….

Graham leads the conveyancing department at Haworth & Nuttall and his expertise is in the buying and selling of residential property and commercial premises. He also prepares leases for residential and small commercial premises.

Graham mainly acts for private clients but also has number of significant property investors.

Background…

After leaving school Graham joined Gilchrist Warburton and Co as a clerk. The firm then amalgamated with Haworth & Nuttall in the 1980s, and Graham embarked upon his formal legal training on a part time basis whilst continuing to work. Graham achieved partnership in February 2000.

Graham likes to keep fit by going to the gym and cycling, and has taken part in a number of charity bike rides. Graham is also a keen horticulturalist but when he’s not gardening and raising money for charity he likes spending time with his family.

A typical day…

“I tend to get up early and go to the gym before work. When I arrive I deal with e-mails and dictation. After this, I spend a lot of my time seeing clients and drafting documents.”
