Paul is a key member of the conveyancing team and has expertise in all areas of residential conveyancing including buying and selling of houses, re-mortgages and deeds of transfer. Paul acts primarily for private paying clients, including individuals and limited companies.

Background…

After obtaining his legal qualifications, Paul spent 20 years as a legal executive with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council before joining Haworth & Nuttall in 2002.

Paul has a number of sporting interests, including football, cricket and angling. He is married to Margaret and has one daughter, Carla.

A typical day…

“I start the day by checking appointments, sorting through post and preparing dictation. I will then move on to tending to enquiries and drafting and preparing documents.”
