Tanya is an integral member of Haworth & Nuttall’s family department and her expertise is in all areas of family law including care proceedings, residence and contact issues, divorce, ancillary relief, domestic violence, co-habitation and civil partnership. She acts for publicly funded clients and private paying clients.
Tanya is an accredited specialist with Resolution (the Family Law Association) and a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
Background…
Tanya attended university at South Bank University in London before achieving her Legal Practice Court at the Chester College of Law. She then went on to complete her Articles with Roebucks in Blackburn. Following this, she worked at Blackhurst Parker and Yates, Farleys and C Turners before joining Haworth & Nuttall in November 2007.
Away from work, Tanya enjoys travelling, skiing and music.
