Conveyancing
For many people, buying and selling a house will be the most stressful experience they go through. Haworth & Nuttall’s experienced team can relieve you of this stress by making the legal aspects run smoothly.
Once you have found your new home, we will take care of all the details and make sure you collect the keys and move in as quickly as possible. We will report back to you with the requirements of your Bank or Building Society as they occur.
If you are selling your home, we will complete the process speedily and efficiently. We will keep you informed of the progress from transaction to completion, liaising with the other parties’ solicitors and anyone else involved in the deal.
We can act for you in buying and selling freehold and leasehold residential and investment properties including shared ownership and Right to Buy properties. Haworth & Nuttall lawyers are also skilled at acting on transfers between existing owners, co-habitation agreements and the re-mortgaging or mortgaging of property not already mortgaged.
We also act for a number of private landlords and companies holding investment properties and are always happy to offer investment conveyancing services and advice on tenancy agreements and disputes.
We have invested in the latest technology to make our conveyancing service quicker and more efficient. We carry out all our searches online and a state of the art case management system allows clients to access their own files and enables Haworth & Nuttall to prepare Home Information Packs (HIPs). We welcome the introduction of e-conveyancing and feel it will improve our conveyancing service and the home buying and selling process in the UK.
Our fees are competitive and we will always provide you with an estimate of our professional fees and any associated costs.
